Possibly a small boost/incentive to battleships "unused state" -> which really means its not the current meta. BUT , you could tweak the Target Breaker to not break the lock of the user allowing it to be rather useful.

Exact same stats Except You change 10 seconds flight time to a 10 seconds focused beam. Manually aim just as bombs are now. It does the full damage if you hit the focused damage on the target for the 10 seconds.

Watchlist only does half the play. Tells you if they are on or off, not if they are in the same wormhole as you. ;)

You can go about this multiple ways. Remove it from w-space usability. Every time you are in a wormhole, it doesn't work. Delay it, make it take time for online to show. FozzieFatigueGäó it. The more contacts you add, the less it work...
